On Thursday, April 17, 2025 GovTAP will host an event featuring the State of Mississippi's CIO, Dr. Craig Orgeron, in Jackson, Mississippi. The event will include a fireside chat with Dr. Orgeron, who brings over twenty years of experience with Mississippi ITS and nearly a decade in the CIO role. He has also served as a professor in the Else School of Management at Millsaps College developing a Data Science major and a Data Analytics minor for the College over the last three years. The discussion will be held during an offsite dinner.
